Solutions Overview

Our client solutions are tailored from our off the shelf products using our advanced business centric architecture and services. Each solution is sized to suit the business it is intended for whether large or small. You don't pay for what you don't need, and all our solutions at all our clients use the same software - we have a no bespoke policy; this delivers on value for money support and maintenance and fosters a strong user community and a robust software platform.

Solutions can be licensed for installation at your organisation, or on-demand using our hosted solutions. The on-demand hosted solution suits smaller organisations who want to pay a monthly fee rather than make a large capital purchase, or who don't want to mess about with infrastructure.

This overview outlines how this is undertaken and explains the choices you can make in selecting the products and use of the those products to tailor a solution that fits your business and delivers on your outcomes. At the end of the day though our clients have created a staggering variety of solutions themselves! Solutions that deliver many types of business requirements:

Our clients can get so innovative with their solution that every 6 months or so they have added extra solutions and business desks into the system!

  The Big Picture

Clients can purchase products individually or choose the elements that they want in their solution. If they do then this is branded a Unison solution. This reflects the interoperability of the products and the way staff cooperation and collaboration is facilitated.

Elements of the Unison Solution Set
The various Hindin products that can be used to construct a fit-for-business solution.

Hindin have used their experience in certain business areas such as Procurement and Contact Centres to pre-package solutions. These are Unison Touchpoint and Unison Contracts. These are detailed below.

This solution is workflow and process heavy, with elements that cover Business Case proposal, sign off, preparation of the procurement plan, amendments, variations as well as covering the many processes required in running a contract.
We have four quadrants to our approach with Contracts Management covering the entire lifecycle. This is indicated in the diagram below. Also shown is an example business model that is available by default in the system - this can then be modified very simply by us or by you to meet your changing needs.

  unison*touchpoint for Contact Centres and Customer Service

This solution is described in greater detail under the contact centre solution section on this website. In summary though the solution supports many of the operations required in a Contact Centre or within Customer Services; Knowledge Management, Knowledge Dissemination, traceability, accountability and rapid access to a customer interaction.
