Our Team
Neil Fletcher, CEONeil Fletcher joined Hindin as CEO in October 2011 after 7 years working for smart energy metering firm Arc Innovations Ltd, where he was both Chief Technology Officer and General Manager of Technology Services. At Arc, Neil helped to bring smart meters to New Zealand on a commercial basis, the first company to do so worldwide. Prior to Arc, Neil has spent many years working internationally in product development at Motorola, Lucent Technologies and Tait Electronics, developing new technologies and products to enable customers to achieve their business goals. Neil brings a wealth of experience and a keen interest in commercialising technology coupled with a strong business acumen, effectively bridging the gap between technology and business needs. When not working Neil enjoys all that New Zealand has to offer with his family and can be seen regularly on his road bike suffering in the Port Hills near Christchurch. |

Paul Sapsford, Leader Business Strategy and InnovationPaul is responsible for Hindin's sales and marketing operations. He enjoys working closely with clients and the great team at Hindin on new and challenging projects. Paul has more than 25 years in the software industry and has previously worked in Australia, UK and the USA. Prior to joining Hindin he was the CEO of Ecoglo Ltd. He has three children, enjoys mountain biking and is a secondary school rugby coach. |

Grant Wells, Implementation ConsultantGrant’s career started in high tech manufacturing and operations management, which then led to roles in the Energy, Roading and ICT sectors. His experience across a range of industries, and with a wide variety of user skill levels, translates into a practical, empathetic, and insightful approach to solving business process problems. He has studied Knowledge Management, Design Management and Innovation Systems, and has worked on a number of advisory boards and professional committees. Grant works with Hindin clients to design and develop business systems that support users to do a great job. He is a staunch advocate for usability, and raves on about it being core to achieving excellence in user processes, customer experience and business outcomes. Grant is married with a young family, and has more motorbikes than his wife has horses. |

Mike Dugdale, Implementation ConsultantImplementation consultant Mike Dugdale started at Hindin in September 2011. Mike has spent over last ten years working as a project manager/business consultant for two different companies involved in software for large financial organisations. In what can only be described as “quite a coincidence” Mike graduated with a degree in Plant Biology at the University of Wales in the same year that another of our consultants - Tom Burkitt - started his Masters in Biology at the same university. Mike went on to complete an MA in Banking and Finance. Married with a young daughter, Mike lives on a lifestyle block in Loburn, Canterbury. |

Steve Pankhurst, Technical ManagerSteve has been the chief Unison designer for more than 20 years since joining Hindin in 1998. There's nothing he doesn't know about Unison's technology and what it's capable of. Steve is a natural problem solver and enjoys playing chess, reading and quiz nights. He's a also a keen volleyball and squash player. |

Ces Barra, DeveloperCes is originally from the Phillippines and has lived in Singapore for four years before moving to Christchurch to start his new software development role with Hindin. Ces has a BSc in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of the Phillippines and has been developing in .NET for 8 years. |

Santiago Alvarez, DeveloperA recent recruit to Hindin, Santiago has six years experience in software development. He gets a kick out of seeing projects that he's been involved in being used by customers. He's originally from Brazil and is a keen amatuer race-driver - he's currently building his own race-car. |
