Contracts & Procurement Management
The Unison Contract and Procurement Management solution allows you to track the development of contracts from business case, through supplier selection to contract signing and ongoing operational management.
Because the management system is built on the Unison platform, you get the ability to inspect and report with ease on any aspect of the process: changes, decisions, issues and performance within a role and group based secure environment.
- Provides a clear audit trail of who did what and when
- Ensures the right people are notified at the right time throughout your processes
- Links the Business Case to the Procurement Process to the Contract
How does it work?
The solution delivers on business case development, supplier identification (RF-X), contract development and approval, and then contract establishment. Once the contract is established the solution allows the creation and management of contract milestones, issues and variations. These are modelled as workflows (processes that move from worker to worker over a pre-set time period).
This means that work on the process is visible across the entire team in an auditable and accountable way; with relevant notifications when milestones in the process are due. All with appropriate security.
Being built on the Unison platform means that the system is easily customised to suit your business without changing code, using developers or being stuck with a bespoke package (with ongoing support issues).
